The yellow cells are the data entry cells. 

On the Talley page you would enter the project name, bid date, task description, such as strip topsoil or cut & fill, labor and equipment rates, sales tax, markup and unit quantities. 

This page will show you the project cost, markup and unit bid costs.  This page will also show you the complete labor, material, equipment and subcontractor costs. 

On the following pages you will enter the number of laborers and hours need to complete that task.  You will also enter the quantity and hours needed for equipment.  There are additional spaces if you need to enter additional equipment or labor.  You will also enter the material you need for that task and any subcontractors that may be required.
