This custom designed Excel Estimating Template for Doors / Trim & Door Hardware is designed for suppliers or contractors working in Division 8. You can begin creating construction bids immediately using this template or modify it as much as you wish to suit your business. This Excel estimating template allows you to setup your product list directly from the door / finish schedule.

Designed to work on commercial or multi-family residential, you can break out your project by "units". Next setup the description and quantity of each of the "units" in your project. Each "unit" is then taken off by selecting the appropriate products via a drop down list and entering the quantities of each of the products in that "unit" manually or via takeoff using QuickMeasure On Screen. 

All product quantities are then organized onto their own summary pages where you will apply pricing. Then pricing across the entire project is summarized into a single page where you may choose to add overhead, profit and tax as applicable to see your final selling price. Modifications are easily made by the unit or for the project as a whole.

The Summary Page summarizes all of your project costs, breaking down material and labor including totals for Grid, Tile, Perimeter Trim, Misc. and project totals. Each category allows you to see your cost plus the markup and overhead applied to each.

The Data Page contains the material, labor and miscellaneous cost items found in each of the drop down lists and you can add items to our existing list, modify material and / or labor pricing to match your local construction supply house & experience rates. This construction estimating template will work with any version of Microsoft Excel.
