Technical support is included at no charge with all of our spreadsheet templates. When you receive your spreadsheet template you will receive the email address for the author of the template and he or she will provide you with technical support via email for the first 30 days after you make your purchase.
Support for takeoff or other software products will be provided for 12 months from the date of initial purchase at no extra charge.
